Why a second breadcrumbs component
The governed Breadcrumbs (see /components/breadcrumbs) remains untouched. AppBreadcrumbs is a distinct, richer trail for dense app-shell navigation — truncation past maxVisible items and an optional back control — used inside the app shell, not as a drop-in replacement.
